We recommend a scheduled tasting with our expert team. We love to be engaged in the process to be sure everything is perfect for your big day. If time is short, you can also stop in either location for a complimentary sample box (four flavors from what is available that day).

How far in advance should I book?
Book early so you’re sure to get on our calendar for the season. We do fill up during the summer and fall months. Schedule a tasting as soon as you have these elements nailed down. Know approximately how many guests you’ll have and what style you’re going for. Let our wedding experts guide you through the rest. For best results, schedule a tasting a few months in advance.
Do I need to make a deposit?
Yes. When you book your wedding with Cakabakery, we require a deposit of 50% of the total contract fee. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your event.
Do you have rental equipment?
Yes. We offer a large variety of display equipment available for rent. Rather than purchasing items you may not use again, you can rent everything you need from us. We can also incorporate this into your setup plan, so it’s one less thing to worry about on your big day.
What about dietary restrictions?
We’ve got you covered. We have a large selection of vegan, gluten free and dairy free items for you to choose from. We also honor special requests whenever possible.
Can I pick up my cake?
For best results and a less stressful wedding day, we recommend delivery and setup. If you prefer to pick up your order, you’re welcome to do so during regular bakery business hours.
When do I need to pay?
You’ll pay half when you book the event and half two weeks before the event.
Can I make changes after signing a contract?
Changes can be made up until two weeks before your event. At that time, the order must be finalized, including quantities, flavors, selections, display items, and delivery details.
